Psychiatrist
She was born in Bogojevo in 1964. After finishing the Medical Secondary School in Subotica, she continued her studies at the Faculty of Medicine of the University in Novi Sad, where she graduated in 1991 as a physician. In 1992/93 she lectured microbiology and haematology in the Medical Secondary School in Sombor. Meanwhile, she worked in the blood transfusion department of the Sombor Medical Centre. Between 1993 and 1997, she worked in the Health Centre Dr Hadži Janoš in Bačka Topola, on the general department, in the emergency service, in the outpatient clinic of occupational medicine and in the children’s outpatient clinic. Between 1997 and 1999, she specialised on the Psychiatry Department of the Public Hospital in Subotica, and from 1999 to 2001 she obtained the qualification of a psychiatrist at the Department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine, University in Novi Sad.
Between 2002 and 2016, she served in the first-instance medical committee of the Bačka Topola branch of the Republican Health Insurance Fund. Meanwhile, from 2002 she has been working again in the Health Centre Dr Hadži Janoš in Bačka Topola, where she was the chief physician of the specialist medical service until 2017, then the executive director of the institution, and from 22nd December 2017 she is its director.
